Activity Leaders (one or two people)

 

Ahead of time - Plan the activity, gather all your resources, and set up the room. (Use materials already in our storage area and Youth Ministry Office before buying anything new.) Create appropriate ice-breakers and games that go with your activity, to take place before and after the main activity.

 

At the meeting - Provide instructions to the Youth Members about what you want them to do. Keep it simple, and make it memorable.

 

Arrive by 7 pm for Mass, and stay to help with clean-up after the meeting is over. Attendance at regularly scheduled planning meetings is expected.

 

Priest

 

Welcome, Father! We invite you to say Mass for us, and lead or participate in our Youth Group meeting. We welcome you to proclaim the Gospel and lead the prayers at our prayer time in the Church, and that you give your blessing to our Youth Members as they depart at the end of the meeting.
